For string quartet. This work is in four movements with an approximate duration of 16 minutes 30 seconds.

This deeply personal work explores the many facets of love, and was born out of the processing of a very significant relationship coming to an end at the time of composing the work. A LoveWorth Fighting For is not only about the love we find outside of ourselves through connection with others. It is also about the love within ourselves - the true, timeless love that can lead to powerful healing and sustained happiness.

A LoveWorth Fighting For was composed for the Flinders Quartet under commission by Leila and Peter Doyle.
